    What is the proper way to change a goldfish's water?

    One night my older sister came home with 15 fish for me from a carnival. We got a fish bowl and they were as healthy as a goldfish can be. Every time I change the water a fish dies. All i do is pour them into a bowl, put tap water into the fish bowl and put them back in. I only have 9 left...
