What handicap should you be playing off at 13 if you want to be a pro on one of the major circuts. I currently play off 9 and I am 13 years old

My fiance is a very independant, mobile, paraplegic and we would like to find something fun to do, but it's so hard finding places that are truly handicap (wheelchair) accessible.
