    how do you do a handset wipe on the blackberry storm?

    I have to wipe my storm so i can set it up for e-mail, long story....I can get into the part where it says wipe handset, and type in the password, which I do, but then it won't let me do anything else, if I press the blackberry button, nowt happens!!!! grrrrr!! Help!! A frustrated Blackberry...

    can 3 legally cutt off your phone if you dont have a 3 handset?

    i've heard rumours about it but it happened to my mum today. She has a contract with 3 mobile phone company, but they suddenly cut her off today. when she phoned from another mobile they said it was because she didnt have an official 3 handset. is this legal? they gave no warning either.

    My main needs for a new handset will include> it will need to act as a modem to a laptop (essential), I would like a half decent camera 5mp with a flash, T9 as I text a lot, I would like to use any new phone I get to not only act as a modem with my Laptop but also have stand alone internet...
