Im trying to put in a new stereo in my car but the new wiring harness for my car has a blue/black Amp wire, but my stereo harness doesnt have any other extra wire to connect the blue one to. Plus i dont have a amp. So what do i do with this extra wire?

Its a greddy timer. I don't know what color the wires are from the mazda. There is a new ignition so the color codes are different.

I need to know if the stereo wiring harness has changed from the 2009 Chevy Cobalt to the 2010 Chevy Cobalt. I can only find harnesses that say for "2009", but I doubt it has changed... I am putting a Double Din in it and it has just the standard 4 speaker system...
