Ive got a satin cream shirt dress with ruffle detailing on the front that i plan to wear to a 21st. I was going to wear it with my tan high heel ankle boots (lace ups). Should i wear them with or without socks? If so, what colour would match best?

I saw cute shoes the other day (about 4" heels) and when i tried walking in it it was physically impossible. How are people able to walk in 4-5" heels like normal?

...health of your feet in the future? Because I ABSOLUTELY LOVE heels! I work at a high-end fashion retail place that sort of requires that I wear them everyday, so that's one reason that I wear them, and also I love the way heels make everything look better!
