I'm 6'3 and want to check out a sport (strictly sport) but I heard their a little on the small side I was thinking about the cbr600rr or maybe even the Yamaha r1 I heard these two bikes are good for a tall rider? Any opinions will be appreciated thank you

Im 14 and about 5''3 or 5''4 but for two days straight i have been waking up before 7 and its pissing me off. I went to bed around 10:30 0r 10:40. If it sleeping does affect my height could that explain why I am so short. But I did not really excercise yesterday.OR is height all genetics.
