I want to have some nicer guages on my car, im wondering if the i30's will just fit right in there? , also will the electronic a/c controll unit work in place of the regular one with the sliders

i have a 1996 Infiniti I30 and my check engine light came on a couple days ago. i got my car scanned and they gave me the code: PO125. what does that code mean, what do i have to do to fix it? is it going to be expensive? thanks.
