I screwed up my Rumor so I need to get a new phone.... Do i have to change the network to get this phone?

with any carriers? I want to get the Samsung Instinct for free or discounted when I sign up with Sprint or ATT, etc. I know they do that sometimes to get you to sign up.

I sent 2 files to my phone using Bluetooth and it told me that they were in the other folder...how do i find that

I just got mine yesterday and I LOVE it so far! The only things that are bugging me are this: There is no where to put the stylus on the actual phone, only on the leather case that came with it.
