Im 19, 5'6, and approx 134 pounds. (Is that healthy?)

What is better, jogging or exercise bike for HIIT, i do it on the exercise bike, in the morning i go for a 30min walk then come back and go 20mins medium pase then do 1min high intensity then 1min low intensity for 10mins. should i increase the length of time i do the HIIT for?
Any ideas how i can carry these two things when running.
I can't go out and and run without my cellphone (for safety) and ipod so i'll get pumped.

I personally prefer biking and enjoy it more but my primary goal is to lose some weight so if jogging is better I will just suck it up and do it.
