well i used this phone bout almost 2 yrs ago, and all of the sudden the screen started going off and on until it just stayed white,well i kept the phone n the reason for that is because i have some videos in there that i'd really need to get a hold of , the phone looks fine n it sounds like it...

ok I have a motorola k1 krzr and when I go to the phone book and type in the first three letters to look up a name. The scroll bar does'nt move? so my question is how do I get the phone to scroll to a name that I type in ?
