So I live in Vancouver, BC and get internet through Telus which is hooked up through a phone (as opposed to Shaw which is cable). All I pay for is internet. No landline. When you pick up the phone hooked up to the computer, there is no dial tone. It is not a working line. HOWEVER, it rings...

so i have the samsung slyde m540 with koodo. When i send a text to a landline it says im using the TELUS text to landline, even though im with koodo Is this costing me money?

1. Is it possible to receive a call on my work landline, can I transfer it to my cell? 2. If its possible can the callers number reflect on my cell when I transfer?

I updgraded my service this morning, adding the voicemail feature to my home phone service. Checked the status of my order online and it said 'Completed'. It says to hit *98 to begin the setup of voicemail, but I just get a busy signal. Any idea why?? Gracias!
