I just bought a 1999 jeep grand cherokee laredo. I just wanted to know if there is anyway i can put a tag on the front of the jeep to personalize the vehicle. I don't want to drill holes in the bumper. Just wondering if I can buy some kind of bracket

im about to buy a towing package for my 2006 jeep grand cherokee laredo, howver it looks as if i may have to cut out my rear bumper some in order for the reciever to actually be visible. My back bumper is solid plastic all the way across and looks like it might get in the way of the reciever...
