ok so i know there are parties on the strip and clubs. But do people in general throw house parties and stuff like that. Like not super often but idk every other 1 or 2 weeks. Or large get togethers and stuff like that.

Me and my friend are going to Las Vegas with my parents and we are both 17. We are looking for some fun things to to that involve partying or clubbing type scenes but can't find much obviously since we are under 21. Does anyone know anything fun for us to do? Even if it is not clubbing lol
use 2 way radios on the strip? I am wondering if we would be allowed to use 2 way radios on the strip to communicate betwwen us! Is this a good idea or would it be easier to use an american pay as yo go sim card in our phones?
