Breaking news: It seems as though the cap placed on BP's deep sea oil well may be leaking, and there is seeping gas and/or oil from nearby indicating that the oil is leaking from the bore hole into surrounding sediments.

reservoir and over the cap.? I had the thermostat replaced about 6 months ago. I also noticed it only leaks when its really cold or really hot outside. I also have no heat or no A/C. There also is a lot of caked up antifreeze/coolant under the cap any suggestions.

I replaced the PVC valves and rubber groments. I'm going to replace the oil cap and the valve cover gasket as well. Does any one have any other ideas where the oil might be coming from?

cover for the flex plate, any ideas? I thought originally it was the rear main seal so I replaced that and the pan gasket but the leak is coming from behind the dust cover for the flex plate/torque converter. What could be causing the leak?
