mass xxx has higher total carbs at 124.00 g (41%) vs bsn at Total Carbohydrates 70g (23%)
so is higher total fat or higher total carbs better for lean mass weight gaining? I don't want to gain weight by getting fatter.
The P90X regimen sounds more appropriate than the classic for my needs. As I understand, the lean, classic, and doubles are all on the same DVDs, but it tells you to do different workouts according to which program you are following. Is this correct, or is it a separate DVD?

The check engine light came on in my 2002 Sebring so I ran a diagnostic trouble code check and it came back with the error codes 171 and 174, which are lean banks 1 and 2. How do I clear the codes?
