My 6 month old powershot sd870 IS is having a lens problem. the camera wasn't dropped or anything. When I turn the camera on, the lens goes out but it retracts immediately. I don't know what the problem is. Can someone give me advice? Thanks!

manual focus of my lens works perfect but the automatic focus doesn't work at all.. can this be repaired at camera workshops???

i'm looking in to camera and i am thinking about getting the d60. but i want to know the d60's lens are campatible with the d90 does the d60 lens have af? or do you have to focus them manualy? and if you have to manualy focus them, you would have to manual focus them on the d90 correct?
