light came on than the heat went? i have no power steering so idk if maybe its the power steering pump but i looked at the car and the belt slipped off a little and im not really good with cars anyone know what it could be? thanks for looking i appreciate it IT WONT START lol

and when it gets slightly cold outisde, it wont start but, It will crank. I am not sure where I should start looking to fix the problem. If you have any ideas of what the problem or how I should fix it please let me know. Thanks!
