Hello. I made the statue and everything but i still havent reached lvl 5! Whars wrong? Is my game messed ip?

I have an old richmond gas boiler. I noticed that the large vent is level. I have no experience in heating, but shouldnt the vent be pitched somewhat to allow the exhaust to leave the house. I would think if its level it is not really venting out properly. Any suggestions?
