my truck is a 2005 ford f150

2002, F150, Supercab, 2WD, 4speed+OD. What is the best way to lift this truck 3 inches? I am assuming there is no torsion bar since it's 2WD (I haven't even gone out to check, but I'm almost positive It doesn't have it). Should I use spacers? Or is there another method? Also, can I do this...

I just want to lift it. I dont want to tear it up by mudding or anything. Just want to get that big look. Also, could you suggest any cheap lifts? How much am i looking at for installation and all?

If I get a 3" body lift, and a 6" suspension lift, will that give me a total... ...of 9" of lift for my truck? Some people have told me that if I do both, that the installers will have to take the 3" body lift off leaving me with just the 6" suspension lift because of compatibility issues.

i have a 1987 GMC Sierra Classic V3500 and it seems to be lifted 6 inches.. i was wondering if it was factory lifted or the person before me added it in. Also i would like the lift to be around 12 inches.. can anyone give me a website with that much of a lift for for as big of a truck as mine?
