    Can you configure a motorola surfboard sb5101 for a linux computer?

    I have a Dell Latitude D531 that is running Ubuntu 10.10 (linux). Until I can go get a wireless router, the only internet access I have at the moment is through a Motorola surfboard sb5101 cable modem. Is there any way I can configure this modem to run on my laptop?

    Linux print to file program?

    Anyone know of a good "print to file" program? Instead of printing to an actual printer. It creates a file of it instead, that's viewable? It would be nice if it works well with Gnome and would be viewable in Gnome Image Viewer, but KDE would be fine also.

    I had a tar.bz2-file that got damaged. Using bz2recovery and bunzipping the resulting files, most parts seems to be undamaged, but there are a few parts that's been lost. What is the best way to proceed to get as complete an archive as possible?

    Does Divx work on Linux Mint?

    If so, how do I intall? The Firefox Plugin plays the videos, but it doesn't appear to save a temp file like divx did in Windows. At they are not in the Temp folder. Thanks
