...4 engine in a 1993 buick skylark? The car is an automatic. The engine is a remanufactured longblock. I've replaced an engine once, but it was in a RWD car. Is replacing an engine in this car easier or more difficult than an average swap? Also, the point where the engine is removed seems...
I was driving home form work tonight in the country and saw my temperature gauge on my 2002 chevy tracker 2.5 liter engine rise and rise up to the red. I stopped checked the antifreeze level and the plastic container that holds it was empty. So, I added a little water into the plastic holder to...
I'm purchasing an 08 CBR1000RR soon, in about a week. I'll be trading in my 02 GSXR600 for it. I've been riding the GSXR for two years with some bad tickets, 2 for wheelies while speeding and one more for excessive speeding. Stupid I know but I just can't resist sometimes, but don't we all get...

I want to buy a truck and I want to know how much more diesel does a 15 liter diesel engine use than a 12.7 liter diesel engine use if you go 100 miles to some place. Also which engine is better detriot or caterpillar or cummins. Thank You!
Also what are common problems that go wrong with these car's and what is a good year and motor for these car's to go with?
Also it's a 2001 with 53,000 miles
Im looking into buying a 300zx but it needs a new v6 3 liter engine. I want to see if it is worth it to buy so i was wondering how much a used or rebuilt engine would cost me and where would i need to look? For reference I'm in southern maryland. Thankyou
Just put a timing belt on and runs good except the motor surges at idle between 500 and 1000 rpm. Also has a bad hesitation on acceleration. I was thinking maybe tps or idle speed sensor. Any ideas?
I've decided it's time to sell my faithful K2 gsxr 600 and get my first liter bike. I've got two years with the 600 so I think I'm ready for it. But I'm thinking about getting an 08 cbr1000rr... I've heard that it's one of the best bikes out their, and that it blows away all the other liter...
if i align the two cams and crank on all the marks, will it be timed correctly? Is it possible to install it with the crank on the exhaust stroke instead of the power stroke? Or does the cam and crank sensors tell it when to fire? I hope you understand this question. lol.
There is a timing mark on the block, just above the gear on the crankshaft. Match up the mark on the gear and you are at top dead center for cylinder 1. Match the camshaft gear marks at the top of the timing belt cover (between the 2 dots). Release the plunger to put tension on the belt. Turn...
