...sliding. Not too short, not too long? I have the Madrid Bamboo 36" drop through longboard. It's set up with gunmetal trucks, 79 mm cadillac wheels, and sixty dollar 6 ball bearings. I wanted to start sliding so I bought Slide A's (wheels with a curved lip.) The problem is that these wheels...
Im getting a Gravity Makai, with Randall RII trucks, Bones Reds Bearings, .5" Khiro Angled Wedge Hard Raisers,
I'm wondering which wheels to get. I want wheels with good grip. Im wondering between the Seismic Hot Spots (Deep Purple 84a) or the Retro ZigZags (Lime 80a), which ones are better...
Right now I have gullwing m1 187mm trucks. I would like to get new trucks, from what I've looked up it seems like Paris or randal trucks are what I want. Im riding a bustin maestro btw. Which will carve better than my m1's, but not be insanely carvy? And what do you prefer and why? Plus will...
i need to slide because i live in a hilly place, but i want it for cruising and carving. possibly dancing too.

Hi all, i am new on the hole long boarding scene, and i am interested in getting a board for mainly cruising but also easy to turn (flexible). i would prefer a pintail board, any suggestions. i am willing to spend a fair bit aswell
I intend to start longboarding, mainly for transportation and cruising on pavements. Not so much for tricks and stunts. Can anyone recommend a good longboard brand/model deck?
I kinda like Loaded's Bhangra Flex. But not sure if its an appropriate deck for my requirements.
Thanks for the advice...
cruising and carving? I know I have asked this question about 3 times already but taking the advice given to me I have continually gone back and updated and change my cart. I have 24 hours to finalize this so heres my idea of the final cart. Id like feedback ASAP.

I am a beginner and have no clue what board to get. I'm looking for a good cruising board and one that is affordable. And if you could please list what kind of wheels and etc. to get.
so i'm brand new to this whole longboarding deal. i need to know the basics for choosing and buying one .... what brands are the best? is it better to get them "completed" or buy the seperate parts? what type is good for a beginner? does my height affect the size i should get? thank you!
I know longboarding is designed for cruising...
Please bear in mind that I'm not asking which one's easier, I'm asking how much harder regular skateboarding is.
one.? I have never skated before and have never owned a long board. I found out I could actually ride one and not fall flat. So, I decided that I am going to buy a Red KICKTAIL LONGBOARD Skateboard COMPLETE 9" x 43" for $50.00. What do you think?
ok, so I just bought a loaded dervish deck with 97mm flywheels and 180mm gullwing charger trucks. The only problem: the trucks are too small. I'm looking to replace them with some 219mm tracker trucks. Any opinions of these specific trucks as well as theyre ups and downs when used along with...
i was thinking of i putting wider trucks on the front end of my 34" maple/fiberglass springboard sector 9 longboard. the wider wheel base will probably make turning easier at higher speeds, add some of them orangatan wheels and that board might slide like crazy
Any thoughts out there? im trying...
