I have a 4 year old shepard/chow mix dog. Every time me and my husband leave together, he whines so loudly as if he is being hurt. If just one of us leaves he is fine, but when we are both gone, he sounds like someone is murdering him. We have already gotten a complaint where we live about it...

is going straight. Ideas? The squeal sounds like it would be the brakes. I took it to a local shop. They said it's not the brakes causing it. The wheel bearings are tight. They couldn't give me an answer.
Have the same insecurity thing as a child in the days of backyard outdoor toilets at night when they kept talking about anything to anyone due to being afraid in the dark ? Is it because these immature ill bred people feel scared in public alone ?
Because last night at 3.30am (UK time) i heard this very loud screaming noise coming from outside, it kind faded away as if whatever was screaming was moving away. I don't think it was a human scream though.
