We often us workouts from the cross fit program. They can be intense and really increase your indurance. We run 4-7 miles Monday, Wednesday, and friday and we do cross fit on Tuesday and Thursday. Sure is tiring but it gets out PFT scores up and helps keep us in great shape.

I was in the Marine Corps for 4 years on active duty and another 7 in the reserves. I am now out of the Marines and wanted to rejoin as an officer in the reserves however I'm now 34 years old and the cut off for reserve officer's is 33. Is there an age waver? If so what is the order, MarAdm, NavMac?
