    which is faster/stronger when referring to internet connection speed, mbps or kbps?

    i have recently went from a wireless connection to ethernet and noticed the difference in terms when looking at the speed of the connection. the ethernet is considerably slower so i'm guessing not..

    Is 11 MBPS fast for internet?

    I have and imac a motorolla motem thats pretty new and an apple airport extreme wireless base station it seems pretty fast but it says 11mbps isnt that kinda slow i mean i've seen 52mbps at schools!!!

    Is there anyway to make my Internet connection go faster then 54 Mbps?

    I use 54 Mbps, that's how much I have, is there anyway to change it? or I cant.... I am on wi-fi
