So I'm on mcafee trying to change rules and it says there is nothing to be listed and yet are know there are a million things that need to be listed and i'm 100 percent sure. So is it a malfunction or what? How do I fix it? What is going on? can I refresh it?

i tried going to it on the personal firewall plus but it said there were no listings er something but i no there are by the way how do i change a rule
