I am a rather good cook but my skills are limited. I need some ideas for meals to make. I am getting tired of the same old things. Please understand I am cooking for one.
I weigh around 160lbs and I'm 5'8" and have a slim body type. I'm wanting to get more muscle tone and get more cut basically. I work out for half an hour monday through fridays. Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays I do pushups and situps. Tuesdays and Thursdays I do dumbell curls, dumbell lateral raises...
i am goin on this no carbs diet for about a mnth just to lose a few pounds then i wil introduce them again!.... but i need do go days with out carbs so can you give mi some healthy meals and snacks to eat?

Im trying to lose some weight, seeing the summer is coming up,
so im watching everything I eat, and trying new healthy things,

anything natarual ...fruits vegies... meats from the meat counter or a butcher not packaged... for snacks eat nuts..seeds.especially sunflower seeds..they have sumthing in them that makes u feel full... even the flavored ones are good for u just drink lots of water to flush all the salt out so...
Breafast: a boiled egg with butter, a pierce of toast with jam, half an english muffin with jam. a cup of green tea
Snack: a little chocolate heart
Lunch: subway sandwich with turkey, cheese, tomato, lettuce, green pepper, cucumber, mustard and salt/pepper
Dinner: shoud I have tacos (with...
