how do I get the lock off? Its a touch screen phone. I went to the store and they said they couldnt fix it.

I want to change carriers and want to use my same phone, a fusic. Has anyone attempted and/or successfully flashed a fusic from sprint to metropcs? Money's too tight these days (hence the carrier switch) to pay $50 to have it done and it doesn't work. Thanx :-)
