My bike route is full of uphills and downhills. I go in a big loop, like a big circle. Then I do a 3 mile jogg/run/walk jogg on an 6 incline for mile 1, running on incline 11.5, than walking still on an incline of 11.5 (2 laps than it's back to all the way down) Do you think this is too much? oh...

though it has more power? What makes the Corvette ZR1 slower in the 1/4 mile than the Ford GT even though the ZR1 has almost 100 more horsepower?
The other thing is that the ZR1 has 160hp more than the ancient Ferrari F40, but has about the same top speed.

I'm out of shape but I'm going to change that, and in a few months, my goal is a 45 mile round trip on a bike. I am sure about the directions, and I'm going to print out a map, but I am unsure about how many hills there are. I expect to cross at least one mountain.

My Saturn L200 will hit 100K miles in a month or so. I know there is a somewhat extensive list of things to do to this car at that point, but I can't seem to find a comprehensive list any where. Any anyone help me out? I plan on doing all the work myself and I don't want to leave anything out.
