Im trying to build muscle and I keep hearing how drinking EAS or Muscle Milk after working out will help keep muscle. But does it really or is like those diet pills that do more harm to help?

i can drink white milk but when i drink chocolate milk it makes me sick. shortly after i drink it i start burping nasty smelling and tasting burp this goes on for a few days.then i get the runs( you know what i am talking about) then i throw up like evey 20 mins for about a day.

I've recently found out that adding milk to tea reduces the beneficial effects when you drink it. I drink black tea with milk and was wondering if its still better to drink tea WITH milk rather than drinking no tea at all? Do you still get any benefits to drinking tea with milk?

My science teacher said that your body doesn't actually use the calcium that comes out of milk! And even added calcium means there is just more of the stuff your body can't use! Then again he says alot of things i don't believe! Please tell me! I love milk!
