mix

I have a Sony Vaio laptop with Windows 7 and I am looking for stereo mix. I searched the Sound menu in the control panel, but Stereo Mix isn't there I'm confused, do I need to install some software or take it to the experts?

I have made a mix on http://remixer.clubcreate.com/v1/scion/launch.html and want to download it how do i do it? Same with the Dubstep one too. I want to download my mix's please help!
