How can I save my mms messages as templates in my Lg vu plus ... I was able to do it in my samsung impression

I have all ready changed my cellular data network to the appropriate settings, and I can send MMS. But when someone sends me a MMS, I get the following msg "The media content was not included due to a picture resolution or message size restriction." Any solutions? Oh, and im using an iPhone 3Gs...

I bought an unlocked samsung solstice for t-mobile. I could receive picture messages, but my phone doesn't send them. I would really like to be able to send pic messages so if you know how to do it please help! thank you!
