Is there a better motherboard in this price range? I've seen some with 2 PCI-E ports, but isn't that just for gamers? I really only...

i need a pentium 4 motherboard with agp expandability.
where can i get one and what's the cost gonna be?
Motherboard GIGAByte (Intel chepset)G31 with CPU Intel Pentium 3.0GHzM L2
or
Motherboard MSI (nvidia chepset) with CPU AMD Athelon X2 2.6GHzM L2
both combinations cost the same
that only uses USB connectors? I'm not talking about "do i need an adapter". I mean "will it be able to interface with the newer motherboard once the adapter is installed".
