i had severe diarrhea that lasted roughly 24 hours. I've been eating since and haven't had a bowel movement as of yet. this is the 3rd day roughly 72 hours. Should i be worried or take a mild laxative or just wait? I've been drinking tons of water.

when i go to do my day of lats in the gym, i find that the day after i am not sore, mildly even, i think it is because i am either using the wrong weight (but ive tried to use smaller and larger weight), or im using the right technique. could you please help me out, thanks
