I am taking GNC Mega Men's Sports Multi Vitamins and the instructions are to take two pills a day and I was wondering if it was safe to take both at once and if it was still effective?

For some reason I started taking GNC's Maximum Greens Multi-Vita Pack, and the next morning i was dry heaving. Also I'm still feeling a lot of pain in the stomach and abdomen. Has anyone else felt the same or can anyone tell me why im felling this way? heres the link to GNC's Product...
