im getting a phone tomorrow nd im stuck i want a touch phone but then i dnt ,on which one to get does these 2 both have wifi can i go on msn for free or which one has it?can u download apps, help! thanks

I've tried all the sim cards going. Orange, vodafone, o2, 3pay. And none of them will work The phone is suppose to take Orange sim but it won't work! What's going on? :-( Does this mean that it is blocked? It just isn't working. Thanks for your help. It's brand new!
