I'm shopping on Amazon and there seems to be two different "Notes" same model number but i think i read one has a Samsung warranty and the other does not. is this true? and one has free update to Android 4.0?. And my other Question is will the AT&T USA model accept SIM cards from other carriers?

I know that AT&T has it, but I am really hoping Verizon will get it as well. Does anyone know if Verizon will be the next cell provider to sell this phone?
