i have pictures that are taken sideways and when i put the as my background, it zooms all the way up so it can fit. is there any way to center them so you can get the whole picture?

I tried to turn on/off my phone and it just doesn't work. So when my phone dies I have to charge it then take the battery out and then back in. This is very annoying; Is there anything I can do?
