i tried tools manage add on nothing i went to internet options still nothing helps what can i do

I want to sell these because the sims 3 is coming out so im just wondering jhow much would someone be willing to pay for it. i mean the sims2

...still getting a disable msg.? I am getting an Internet message that my add-ons are disabled. When I go into Tools > Internet Options > Programs > and Manage Add-Ons, all my add-ons are enabled.

Its just that i wanted to set something as my homepage and my options says that its set but every time i go on the internet it keeps saying there are no add ons. Where can i get it?
