I'm looking for a screen shot app that works for my phone but from what i have found all need a root (i don't know what it is or what it does so I'm not wanting to mess up my phone ) .so any good simple free sceen shot apps?

I got a straighttalk lg and da screen is cracked so I ordered another off Walmart.com but dey sent one from net10 can it still be transferred over is the question I'm askin. On the receipt it says straight talk net10 so they must be connected right?

Okay my phone will randomly turn to silent mode. Why is that. I wont change it mu self but sometimes randomly silent mode will be activated.
