option

I know its sounds stupid but i cant find this option i have looked through every setting that i could think of and still could'nt find it can some one tell me exactly where this option is. i have the latest version 1.3.0.7

When I go to Options icon - Advanced Options - Browser to change it from hotspot browser to internet browser (its a drop down menu) it wont let me. A black rectangle just appears around it.
