I just bought a iPhone and need to move all my contacts from my old Palm Pilot into Outlook in order to get it into the iPhone. Does anybody know how to do this?

I know how to sync my blackberry and i know how to sync through outlook but i can't seem to figure out how to sync ALL my calenders that i have on outlook to my blackberry. HELP!
My company IT doesn't support iPhone exchange sync, so I was hoping I could simply sync my email with the iPhone using the cable and I could read them offline and respond the next time I sync with the cable. Does anyone know if this is possible?

I had Yahoo email set up on my Verizon Moto Q phone through Outlook and it worked. Now, all of a sudden, it keeps asking me for my password on the incoming mail server screen.
