Im trying to back up my music library to DVDs (and cd's if i want to play them on cd players) and after i burn 3 cds my computer crashes. Processor temp is fine and ram is good. Can the burner be overheating and causing the computer to crash?

It's waterpump is working properly. The heater is blowing hot. It overheats regardless of speed (on the motorways and stuck in traffic).
Elec fan works (tested by taking the wiring from the thermostat and using a bit of wire), unable to test the thermostat. I don't think that's the problem...
