after it went loco and went on a loop of restarting, i need to go to a service center to have it's program updated, now my pc can't detect it. though when i connect it to the pc, it shows in the device manager that the modem has sony ericsson p1i, the other device shows a yellow question mark...

i try to receive and send any kind of mms and sms but it never sends or receives... the bluetooth screen just pops up and asks me if i want to enable it, like if i was trying to send it by via blutooth.. what can i change or what is the problem... plz i need urgent help!!!!..

The 1000 contacts are stored in d sim card as well as phone memory.. n its impossible to manually enter them in the new phone... plz help me... i have 2 phone nos., therefore, 2 different sim cards in d 2 phones....
