i don't have internet on my phone and i do have bluetooth. im not sure how to use it really though. i just really want ringtones on my phone. i also have a sand disk adapter thingy. but i dont know what format will work for ringtones. please help me.

In other words can I take regular files and make them into ringtones? If so how and where?
