    Why is does my 2002 1.8T Passat make a squeaking noise when the air vent is on?

    It does not happen all the time, but mostly when i turn left, it comes out of the front passengers side air vent. If the air vent is off there is no noise so it has to be a something with in the air vent system. The noise is sqeaky and sounds like a cricket.
