I set password for my phonebook, camera, photo, music... But I forgot it. I tried to reset password from Settings but it didnt help. What should I do with it?

I've lost my password so I need to reset it. I have pressed the 'reset password' button, it tells me I need a usb flashdrive or floppy disk, so I tried the usb flashdrive and then it told me I need the 'reset password disk'. I don't have that disk. So, how do I reset my password? Please help!!! :(
