    Do T-Mobile Pay-As-You-Go Phones work with regular SIM cards?

    I'm interested in buying a phone from Best Buy (http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?skuId=8500712&type=product&id=1186006186337) for my brother but it appears to be Pay-As-You-Go. Will it work for my brother's normal T-Mobile?
