Ok, so what I did was cut open a bell and jalapeno pepper, take the seeds, and planted them in a pot (without drying). Now I know that people say you have to dry the seeds first, but I did the exact same thing with tomato seeds and I had a plant in no time (the slime was still on the seeds)...
