I downloaded a website for podcast on itunes just the way it told me to. When i put the courser on it I click play and nothing happens. What am i doing wrong?

Hi, does anyone know how I can set up my computer to download podcasts and then automatically sync them to my Nokia S60 phone whenever it is connected (either through bluetooth or usb)?
